Quality and Energy Management: AI vision inspection systems, intelligent charging technologies, and real-time energy optimization are being widely adopted by leaders like Baowu Steel, JFE, and POSCO.
Carbon Footprint Tracking: Full life-cycle digital platforms are emerging to manage emissions across the supply chain, enabling green product certification and transparent disclosure to clients.

Rising EAF Adoption: Global electric arc furnace steelmaking share is expected to exceed 50% by 2030, driven by emissions regulation and resource efficiency.
Green Premium Becomes Core Competitiveness: Low-carbon steel products are expected to command higher market prices, and green certifications will become essential for high-end buyers.
Cross-Sector Collaboration Deepens: Steelmakers are forming integrated ecosystems with energy, chemical, and digital technology firms to accelerate transition.
Policy and Capital Support Gains Momentum: Green subsidies, climate finance, and carbon markets are providing significant tailwinds for the green steel revolution.
